DESCRIPTION:SOLD OUT. \nStarts Monday\, Nov. 6th (Mondays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for six weeks) \n​Class dates: Nov. 6\, 13\, 20\, 27 and Dec. 4\, 11 \nNOTE: Masks are optional for this series. \nThis series will explore the art of silversmithing\, introducing participants to the fundamentals of studio tools\, processes\, safety\, cutting\, sawing\, soldering\, textures\, and finishes. Through lectures\, handouts\, and demonstrations\, students will uncover jewelry crafting techniques and learn how to apply design principles to their work. Suitable for new and well-versed in alchemical metalwork\, this course will also come with a $50 materials kit of sterling silver and brass components. \nFee does not include materials. The $50 materials kit can be purchased directly from the instructor.
