SUMMARY:Printmaking for Beginners One-Day Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, June 27th from 9:00AM-4:00PM \nCool Carving: Soft Block Carving and Printing \nUsing an easy-to-cut substance you’ll learn how to create handsome prints that you can use for card making\, wall hangings\, collage\, etc. without ever needing a press. You’ll be introduced to the basic aspects of design\, carving\, and printing. \n$99 workshop fee does not include materials. \nThe materials supply kit is $25 and can be purchased directly from the instructor with cash\, check\, Venmo\, or PayPal. \nWe will have an hour break for lunch between Noon-1pm. The studio will be closed during this break\, but there are nearby parks where you can eat lunch if you brought your own\, or you can check out one of the local restaurants in the area. \n \n  \n  \n\nAbout the instructor: Suanne Williams-Lindgren\, Spar Cove Creations\, is a mixed media artist who thoroughly enjoys printmaking\, book arts\, collage\, and working with clay.
