SUMMARY:Beginning/Intermediate Metalsmithing 6-week Artist Series
DESCRIPTION:CLASS IS FULL. \nStarts Sunday\, March 20th (Sundays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for six weeks) \n​Class dates: March 20\, ​March ​27\, April 3\, ​April ​17\, May 1\, and May 8 \nParticipants will learn basic fabrication techniques such as piercing\, forming\, soldering\, hollow forms and surface finishing. There will be demonstrations on stone setting techniques for rings & pendants. Discussions will include applying the principles of design to jewelry making and how to improve craftsmanship. This class is open to beginners & intermediate metalsmiths. \nFee does not include materials. The $35 materials kit can be purchased directly from the instructor. The kit includes sterling silver components.
