SUMMARY:Art Fundraiser Auction Closing Reception
DESCRIPTION:Join us at Artascope on Saturday\, September 21st from 4:00PM-6:00PM for our in person reception which wraps up our 2024 Plein Air Art Festival. You’ll find over 100 auction items donated by Artascope members and friends. Paintings by Liz Prescott\, Michael Vermette\, Tamara Jones\, Cooper Dragonette\, ceramics by Pam Delphenich\, Rebecca Laflam\, Sandie Roberts\, Joanna Morris\, jewelry by Kim Round and Rick Stark\, and so much more! \nThe reception begins at 4:00PM at 48 Railroad Square in Yarmouth\, ME. In person bidding starts immediately and last bids will be taken at 5:30pm. Come take advantage of the deals! Many items will sell for below their fair market value.  \nWe will be raffling off two 6-week Artist Series classes ($250 Value each)\, which can be redeemed for metalsmithing\, ceramics\, painting\, or drawing series. Winners will be announced at 5:30PM. Must be present to win! \nEnjoy small bites and beverages. No fee to attend. All are welcome. Feel free to bring your friends and family. \nArtascope is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that raises money for its experiential education programs by offering art classes and studio memberships in Yarmouth. See below for parking info.\nJoin us for a Plein Air Soiree on Saturday\, August 26th from 4PM-7PM. This afternoon reception will feature Master Artist Garin Baker painting live on location and live music from Diana Hansen. \nEnjoy light snacks and beverages and spend the afternoon watching an original masterpiece being created right before your eyes. You will also be the first to preview the fantastic works of art available in the annual Artascope fundraising auction which be open to the public until September 23rd. Take advantage of our “buy now” option which will offer artwork for sale on a first come first serve basis\, so be sure to come early! \nEvent features Garin Baker painting live\, music by Diana Hansen\, and light snacks and drinks. \nBe sure to register in advance\, space is limited. \nCost: $30/person OR $50/couple \n \n  \n  \nParking info for 317 Main Community Music Center on 317 Main Street in Yarmouth\, ME \n\n\n317 Main guests should park in designated areas only.
