SUMMARY:Intermediate Handbuilding in Clay 6-week Artist Series
DESCRIPTION:SOLD OUT. \nStarts January 18th (Wednesdays\, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for 6 weeks) \nNOTE: Masks are optional in this series. \nWe will cover combining techniques already learned in beginning handbuilding (yes there will be review–not to worry!) and cover more complicated pieces. Plus\, you will learn how to determine when the clay is ready to be stretched or worked with\, as well as more advanced techniques depending on the interests of the class. \nNon-members: $250 for 6 weeks. Members: $200. \nFee does not include materials. Clay will be three dollars a pound which covers basic glazing and firing costs. \n \n  \n  \n\nAbout the instructor:  Lee Cummings has over fifty years experience working with clay–thirty as a production potter\, taught at Germantown Academy and Unity College\, and had a one person show at the University Museum in Bangor as well as sold through Littlefield Gallery and Greenhut Gallery. \n  \nClick here to view our cancellation policy. \nClick here for our winter weather policy.
