We appreciate your interest in our classes for adults. Our 6-week Artist Series meet once a week for 3 hours and cost $250 per 6-week session. Our One-Day Workshops typically cost $99. If cancelling up to a week before class starts, refunds are available (less a $25 processing fee). / If cancelling within a week before class starts, refunds are 25% of purchase price. / If cancelling within 48 hours of a class start, you will not receive a refund. We will do our best to find you a comparable class at our discretion.

Fundamentals of Oil Painting 6-Week Artist Series
July 11, 2023 @ 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Starts Tuesday, July 11th (Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for six weeks.)
Instructor Catherine Bickford will introduce a non-toxic method of oil painting that does not require turpentine. We will cover the initial set up and clean up in addition to learning how to apply the paint to various substrates. We will cover a variety of content, painting from obervation and also learning how to paint from photographs. The emphasis in this class will be learning new ways to work with oil paint. Please bring your oil paints and a few canvases or wood panels that have been gessoed in advance.
Non-members: $250 for 6 weeks. Members: $200.
Fee does not include materials.
Masks are optional in this series.
