We appreciate your interest in our classes for adults. Our 6-week Artist Series meet once a week for 3 hours and cost $250 per 6-week session. Our One-Day Workshops typically cost $99. CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelling up to a week before class starts, refunds are available (less a $25 processing fee). / If cancelling within a week before class starts, refunds are 25% of purchase price. / If cancelling within 48 hours of a class start, you will not receive a refund. We will do our best to find you a comparable class at our discretion. / If cancelling within 24 hours of a class start, you will not receive a refund or credit.
Make Your Own Bezel Ring or Pendant – Saturday Metalsmithing Workshop
Saturday, March 28th from 1:30PM-7:30PM
Take an exciting journey through the fundamentals of the metals studio with this metalsmithing workshop! Learn the basics of tools, safety, soldering, forming, and stone setting as you create your unique bezel ring or pendant in brass or copper, and sterling silver bezel wire for the stone. Beginners are welcome; a $45 materials fee will provide all the supplies needed to complete the project.
$99 workshop fee does not include materials. The estimated materials kit fee is $45* and will be available to purchase from the instructor at the beginning of the workshop. Kit includes: Brass and copper sheet, with sterling silver bezel wire for setting the stone. Choose a stone from instructor’s options or bring your own.
*NOTE: This is an approximate cost and actual kit cost may be different due to the metals market fluctuation in 2026.

Instructor: Olivia Boi creates jewelry at her home and metals studio in Maine. Sterling silver, brass, and beautifully cut stones are the bread and butter to her practice. She started Strong Moon Metals December 2017 and hasn’t looked back ever since. You can find more of her work on her website, or in person at local shows around the Portland area.
